1. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
- Only exchange is available
- Refunds are not provided
- Exchange is allowed only if the product is damaged or defective
2. Exchange Request Time
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted
3. Proof Required for Exchange
To request an exchange, you must send:
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photos of the damaged or defective product

4. Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items damaged due to customer handling will not be exchanged
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Customized or stitched products
- Innerwear or hygiene-related items
- Products marked as Final Sale
6. Exchange Process
- Once your request is approved, we will guide you with the next steps
- Exchange will be done for the same product only, subject to availability
